This was the inaugural stop at State Capitol Raceway for the Super Chevy Show! The event turned out to produce a record-breaking crowd. Gary Carter - General Manager at State Capitol Raceway was pleased with the entire event as well. He stated, "To say that we were overwhelmed by the turnout would be an understatement. The quality of the participant vehicles, the smooth way the show operated and an overflow crowd left everyone on the State Capitol Raceway staff completely dazed and amazed."
